Sleep Apnea Remedies



Sleep apnea is the break in a person’s regular breathing cycle during sleeping. Another way would be to try to lose at least 10% of your weight which would definitely improve your breathing and help you get some good quality sleep that is much needed. By doing this you are alsohelping your overall heath which is like killing two birds with one stone.

Another remedy is to use CPAP(Continuous Positive Airway pressure) . CPAP  is a device that is very commonly used to treat moderate to severe sleep apnea. that you put over your nose which sends pressurized air through your nose to open the airway passage while pulling pushing your tongue forward. Make sure you give yourself some time to get used to it and make adjustments.   It is important not to give up since this is a very good device for sleep apnea help.

Lastly, sleep apnea surgery could be considered if CPAP has not improved your breathing if you suffer from severe sleep apnea. In this kind of surgery, either your tonsils may be taken out or any excess tissue found in the back of your throat and sometime in your nose. Surgery could be a permanent solution, but no one is ever free from complications or infections that can happen with any surgery. It is important that you have exhausted all other alternative solution to alleviate sleep apnea before going to this last resort.
