Always Feeling Tired



I have been there and know what it is like. That feeling of being always tired. I know how hard it is. Don’t dispair though as there are things that you can do about it especially if the reason for your tiredness is physical.

Lots of people have something called anaemia and many don’t even know about it. Don’t worry if you do have it as it is something that can easily be controlled. You should visit your doctor and let them know that you are feeling tired all of the time. They will test your blood to see what you levels of iron are like. If it is too low then the doctor might prescribe you with iron tablets.

It makes sense that if you don’t get enough sleep that you will be always tired. A lot of people think they are getting enough sleep but they don’t actually realise that they aren’t getting enough quality sleep. You might have a sleeping problem or a sleeping disorder which is affecting you. Sleep disorders will disturb your sleeping patterns and will leave you always feeling tired.

People who are sufferers of different food allergies suffer from tiredness. The body can’t tolerate these food groups which then means that you don’t get all the goodness and nutirents. Being able to distinguish which foods are causing you a problem is difficult. It requires you removing certain groups of foods from your diet and seeing if it makes a difference. This can take a long time and often you don’t know where the start. Start by taking out a lot of your junk food and see what effect it has.

People often think that if they have more coffee then this will stop then being always tired. It is true that coffee contains caffeine which is a stimulant. But stimulants only work in the short term and once the effect has worn off you will start to feel tired agains. Also try to avoid it close to bed time as this will disturb your sleep.
