Insomnia Tips: How to Sleep More and Better
Insomnia is such a widespread problem that any tips on how to get to sleep quicker, or on how to sleep throughout the night without waking up, will have a very wide audience indeed. OTC and Herbal Insomnia Medications: Pros and Cons
Many insomnia sufferers believe that natural remedies are best as a cure for their problem. And if natural remedies are not enough to alleviate their disorder, then they may well move on to over-the-counter medications. In each of these cases, what they are really trying to avoid is having to take prescription drugs as an insomnia treatment, since they believe that prescription drugs have harmful side effects and can also lead to addiction or dependence.
